All bulk orders must be paid for in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed with Lolex Kitchen. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment. Changes to your order may not be possible after it has been confirmed, particularly for orders that are already being prepared.

Cancellation eligibility depends on advance notice and whether kitchen preparation has commenced. Once food preparation starts, refunds cannot be offered. Please notify us immediately of any changes.

Customers are responsible for collection at the agreed time and location unless delivery has been arranged. Delivery may incur additional fees; please ensure someone is present to accept handoff.

Bulk orders are prepared strictly according to the size and quantity selected at checkout. Stated serving numbers are estimates provided to assist you in planning portion requirements.

Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens, including celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphur dioxide or sulphites.

As we prepare a wide variety of traditional dishes in the same kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free from trace allergens.

All items remain subject to fresh market availability. If a chosen dish becomes unavailable, our team will promptly reach out to discuss an appropriate substitution or refund.
